I have a challenge with myself: make a deck for each color using an Homelands legend with an heavy budget limit (<=30$). This time I try to build a Soraya the Falconer deck. There are some good birds around, so tribal was the way to go. A lot of anthem effects plus some combat tricks (Reconnaissance is pro :P). I had some problems including wrath effects remaining in the budget limit, but I did my best.Let the flock kill them all. Homelands ftw!
