Cheap mix of Mill, Draw, and some Land Destruction that can pull spells back from the graveyard to use again. I have a more aggressive Modern mill deck but I've wanted to see what I could do in Standard. The Mirari Conjecture saga looked like it could do some pretty nasty things with these spells.Speed does not seem to be a big factor here, so using Woodland Stream instead of Hinterland Harbor would cut the total cost of this deck in half without much of a drawback.
Tries to keep the opponent locked down between Hope of Ghirapur, destroying their lands with Creeping Mold, and milling away their deck. We should be ahead of the game by the time Fleet Swallower arrives to finish things off.
