Very interesting idea, I haven't really seen Awaken as a mechanic before. I think Oracle of Mul Daya would be great in this, or Ranger's Path for that matter. Another suggestion: I would personally ditch some of the higher cost Awakening spells like Roil Spout and Sheer Drop, maybe switch them out for some zendikons (Wind Zendikon is a personal favorite of mine).
