Reclaimed + Brutal Expulsion is what I was thinking, but I'm open to other ideas. As far as processors I need help figuring out room for them and which ones to use. Not sure which would be the most impactful.
Based on your colors, I would cut three spell shrivels for 3 blight herders. I would probably also move Horribly awry to thesideboard in favor of a set of Ghostfire Blades.

Next Step: The curve is still a little off. You'll want to cut one more thing from your 3 slot for something probably at 2. Unfortunately your options for that are pretty poor. If you do, it would probably be for some removal like roast or reality shift.Also, throw the word budget in your title. More people will look at the deck, and its a great deck for under 20 bucks.
Oh I forgot, You could add sivan reef to your manabase as well.
