Deck Description

In preparation for the release of AR, I am starting to look at some possible block decks. UW control for block should be a good base deck to have before the release of AR. It is a creature based lockdown deck. Fiend Hunter, Snapcaster Mage, and Slayer of the Wicked all react very favorably with Saving Grasp. Other creatures in the deck do not carry quite the same 1-2 punch with it, but still it is useful for dodging removal.

The deck is a bit too slow dealing with early threats like stromkirk noble and stranglerroot giest, but if you can get through the first turns it locks the board down very effectively.
Mr. Snapcaster wasn't as good as I thought he would be in this sort of deck., mainly because of the lack of 1-2 drop spells. Gets better if faith's shield gets boarded in against decks with tons and tons of removal.

Comments and Suggestions are welcome.
