I think you should take moonring island out of the deck, it does not fit.

I think that mortivore would add some needed battlefield firepower. Even though this deck has minimal creatures, this big fat would assist megrim in getting the job done.

I like this deck , including the ultimatums in the side board but I only have one thing that I think is wrong with it is that you would not survive to play any of your good expensive cards because you have no cheap, one or 2 or even 3 many cards.
