i like izzet, i like commander, therefore: izzet commander
first off, only two of the sideboard will be used at any one time in the deck or ill go over the 100, less and ill be under, melek and tibor/lumia are the main commander choices.

mimeofracture....kinda useless cuz in EDH its a singleton format so all you can really take are their basic lands... i am currently building a melek EDH a really good card to have is eye of the storm cuz you will most likely have more Instant/Sorcery than they, Cast Through Time is also a great card. and dismiss into dreams. also any extra turn card casted from the top of your deck with melek will double the extra turns. so time stretch gives you 4 extra turns.

i see wat you are saying, but you must realize, this is every izzet card that exists, ill consider those if i make an izzet commander that i want to win, not just because i want it to exist, im just showing off a beautiful guild\
also, with mimeofracture, i could steal tons of land, the same could be said of staticaster, she is less usefull in this format but does have a use
