You could look into the option of Boomerang and Eye of Nowhere for the return target permanent instead of just creature. Helpful for say the nasty artifact, enchantment or even planeswalker that has one more counter to do the ultimate spell and sorry back to your hand and start again.

Nice bro it is crazy card draw with the counter/return permanent spells and potential for nice mill and life gain effects. Consecrated Sphinx is such a beast of a card. You would be best look into one type of counter and one of return creature spell. Vapor Snag and Psychic Barrier are awesome. Possible suggestion for more card draw: Coastal Piracy (Enchantment) - Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent, you may draw a card. Impaler Shrike (Creature) - 3/1 Flying, When Impaler Shrike deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, draw three cards. Invisible Stalker (Creature) - 1/1 Hexproof, Invisible Stalker is unblockable. (Go with Coastal Piracy, Curiosity, Ophidian Eye). Don't have these cards but could be handy to look into: Empyrial Plate (Equipment) - Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each card in your hand. Ivory Tower (Artifact) - During your upkeep phase, gain 1 life for each card in your hand above four. If you are want the mill aspect in the deck you want Jace's Erasure (Whenever you draw a card, you may have target player put the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.)
If you want crabs in the deck I would look at Hedron Crab.... best crabs of all.
Hmmm I have Invisible stalker and impaler shrike. Might whack them in there, but coastal piracy, definately worth lookin into. Cheers brao
Now you have Tamiyo, the Moon Sage you should look at getting Sleep - Tap all creatures target player controls. Those creatures don't untap during that player's next untap step.
Man, that would be a sweet combo. Would have to get rid of some cards to put them in though. Choices..
Maybe look at removing 2 Executioner's Hood and putting in 2 Sleep's.
Instead of Executioner's Hood's even look at Ghostform from the new set. Two of your creatures can be unblockable for the turn. If you are playing against a blue or an artifact deck the intimidate is useless. If you have more unblockable options then Infiltration Lens also becomes useless.
This cards would be a nice card for you in combo with Oculus or Darkslick Drake. Plus cheap to buy. Vivisection - As an additional cost to cast Vivisection, sacrifice a creature. Draw three cards. Mask of the Mimic - Sacrifice a creature: Search your library for any copy of target creature card and put it into play. Shuffle your library afterwards. Perilous Research - Draw two cards, then sacrifice a permanent. Each time getting that card draw from it going to the graveyard.
