This deck is red splashing green and white for Lightning Helix, Boros Charm, Atarka's Command and Destructive Revelry. Mostly Destructive Revelry is for removing Leyline of Sanctity if they get it in their first hand, but it can be handy against other decks too.
First turn, unless you have swiftspear or something, it is usually be better to play a land and pass it. If they don't play anything worthy of being burned, just bolt them or whatever you have at their end step. Same with most other turns, and just burn them out as fast as you can.

It looks like you have too many 1 drops.Fire Servant would be a nice addition because it causes your spells to deal double damage. Spawn of Thraxes is another good one since you're running mono red because when it enters play it deals damage equal to the number of mountains you control to target opponent while still being a 5/5 flying. Red Sun's Zenith is another XR spell but it shuffles back into your library and exiles a creature if that creature dies.I really like Vexing Devil, though, I'm ganna have to use that.
