Looks twsited man, its not blightning aggro, and its not your basic control either. If I had to choose a card to swap out I think it would be murderous redcap....I think that with all your discard and removal like ajani or path to exile that your opponent will be seriously lacking blockers. I don't know that redcaps come into play effect is worth spending the mana on, although you seem to have more then enough mana. Why not throw something like nyxathid into main deck. I would guess that hes going to be at least a 5/5 most times, and i doubt your opponent will have anything capable of dealing with him.

Another MagicMan classic. Very nice, well balanced. But tell me, I know you consider Ajani Vengeant the best planeswalker, but I've ceased to see his effectiveness. You can keep a threat tapped, good. You can kill a moderately big threat, good. Or you can wipe you opponent's lands, very good. But his costs to use these seem very diseffective. His +1 ability is really really good. -2 sorcery speed Helix is okay, if not good. But -7 for Armeggedon? He never, in the 4 months I've been playing RGW 'Walkers, have I played that unless my opponent was already screwed. So short question turned long rant, how does Vengeant work for you?

Alright.... So here's how this deck works first of all, it's about destroying my opponent's hand fast, completely locking them down once they have no cards and i have a scepter!
Vengeant is Fantastic... The reason he is so great is because he can keep a threat tapped, whatever it is, to protect himself, and if i have blockers out, all i need is for him to stay on the field until the 5th turn after i play him, then i can destroy every land they have... He wins games basically, on his own!

I agree, ajani is hands down best planeswalker, only second to a very well played elspeth, only thing id change is add a couple vivids to make sure reflecting pool can do it all, and beyond that deck looks solid and pretty classy to screw someone up.

Brion wasn't in this deck last time I looked was he? I love the card, probably my 2nd favorite card after ajani vengant. I ran a RGW Naya deck when alara first dropped with both of those cards.

But.....I can't see him being overly useful in this deck.....? 4/4 Liflink for 4 is good.....but can you take advantage of his ability? except maybe with the tidehollow scullers.....I don't think I would be able to justify throwing a figure....maybe a Nyxathid if you played him early just to get something on the board?

Just a thought, I think you may be able to find something a little more cohesive with the rest of the deck......

On that note how is figure working? Its nice to have something small to play early when your playing discard/control and being able to pump him means hes effective later in the game as well I think he is a good choice.

What about having Mortivore in a deck like this....chances are the opponent will be putting alot of creatures in the graveyard.....

Note:

Ajani is spectacular althought I haven't had enough time to play Elspeth to decide if I liker her better. Ajani's only real weakness or vulnerability is the same as that of all walkers, Burn spells and O' Rings

Ajani is a proactive control walker, he can lock something down or burn a card. Elspeth is reactive....she keeps your ass and hers alive long enough to win the game.

Seems like a play style choice to me.

I like the deck aside from the Brion Stoutarms. All of the creatures look too important to throw away. You could achieve the same thing with Souls Fire or just use Banefire for its ability to get through counters. Souls Fire is probably the better choice because it is very likely their hand will be empty.

Umm... as a matter of fact there is a very likely chance their hand will be empty!
I love Brion, it's his lifelink that wins me over, but i'm considering taking him out for finks, I don't use his fling very much, unless i need to push in an extra 7 or 8 damage with a nyxathid or huge figure!!

I suppose he helps make that final push for the win. He also keeps your ass alive if someone has your life total low, Fling a Nyx at them to do 7 damage and gain 7 life!

Seriously though, the more I think about it the more I think MORTIVORE is perfect for this deck. What do you guys think?

I suggest you play Megrim and a few specters like: Sedraxis Specter, Hypnotic Specter and possibly Needle Specter.

On the whole good deck.

Yah i need to get some Hypnotic specters in this deck and they will go in, but i don't currently have them... and mortivore would be perfect, he would make this deck great... but this is Standard, and mortivore isn't =( so until i get those specters, this deck keeps brion, cuz he does do a good job keeping me alive!

Mortivore is in 10th & therefore legal in standard......

But spectre may be a better card for this deck

O it is in tenth... that was dumb of me! Yah i might be solid, but because of all the creature-light decks out there, i don't know how great he would be... I'll test him out though!! And hypnotic specter is perfect, i have to grab a few more and test them out!

This is interesting since it's BWR, colors that are unfocused overkill together, and a T2, meaning limited to decent cards. However, you did a very good job even though I still see a huge desperation/attachment to white in order to use the vengeant and skuller. Granted, skuller is great way to remove a cryptic and force use of spot removal on him. Hmm, i'm conflicted, too I guess, cuz I like the layout, but the color scheme is still ugly. Idk

that's one of my favorite things to do! Make off-color decks, because RWB is not often run in the format, but this build beats just about every strong deck out there... everything bases around CA, and this deck tears that apart!
The White and the black are the two strongest parts of the deck, the red is just there for vengeant and blighting for some more speed and power.
The one thing i don't like is how Figure works, i've got Nyxathid as my wincon, and Figure never really does too much, I'd like to be able to run Some more mass removal over him, whaddya think?

7 painlands, 4 Thoughtseize, and 4 Volcanic Fallout is a lot of self-inflicted damage. I'd say too much.

You have 16 cards in the sideboard.

There's not that much difference between wrath and fallout since all your creatures are dead either way, excluding nyxathid, which is played to clean up anyway. Add 3 wogs and a mind shatter. Keep a wogg in sideboard along with 3 fallout against control.

First off, nyxathid is awesome, great choice. I also like the odd-ball color scheme, which is very original at that. You don't need 4 sceptors of fugue, maybe three at most. Ditch the volcanic fallout dude, it kills both your scullers and your hippy's. If you are going to play fallout you might as well just play wrath as your reset button. I also agree with tulsatrey with the self inflicted damage comment. If you want to keep volcanic fallout maindeck, at least swap the shambling remains in for hippy spector. Mindshatter is also such an under-utilized card. It wrecks your opponent and is very synergistic with nyxathid. As for Ajani vengeant, he is always a threat when he hits the board. You can slow down your opponent by tapping their land and he's a kill spell, with a one sided Armageddon as the cherry on top.

Your deck definitely has style points.good work.

This is the kind of deck that makes me wish the rack was still in type 2. Still, you could run lavaborn muse maybe? (I'm just suggesting cards, It's probably just fine already). You taken it to an FNM yet?
