To use this deck correctly, you must be able to do a reasonable impression of the Count from Sesame Street & whenever you feel it's appropriate say things like "Vun, Vun counter - Ah Ah Ah" :) Main theme is proliferation allying planeswalkers and levellers, with various counter lands thrown in for good measure. Also Dark Steel reactor can give another victory possibility. Mostly Blue & White but with other colors as appropriate available in the sideboard.
