Deck Description

Somewhat of a brew influenced by a number of Grixis builds from the recent past. Light on Disruption/Permission in favor of rapid Delve and flip fodder.
I'm still not buying Zendikar fetches for this build.

The mix of counters and removal is trying to cast a wide net to cover the crazyness that is the Modern meta. Aggro and Infect are concerns that has to be prioritized and Tron without Fulminator/Extraction/K-Command is just about an auto loss.
The Burn matchup can be aweful game 1 but I'd rather ignore it beyond Brutality, (also good against combo), then attempt to use cruthes like the terrible Dragon's Claw inte SB.
Eldrazi can be troublesome but Fulminator and Go for the Throat out out of the board combined with Extraction helps a lot.
Tar Pit is a finisher in midrange matchups.
So far it has been working pretty well but is likely not optimal.

How to Play

It's a Delve/Delver deck. Cantrip, then land a threat and ride it until it disappears and then land another. Snappy gets maximum payout from Thought Scour and Tasigur's ability.

3 Tas + 1 Angler vs the usual 2-2 split simply because a T2/T3 Tas is so much more valuable then waiting an additional turn for Angler, and the Legend rule means nothing when you play a deck that rides 1 threat at the time.

Against decks with lots of Bolt-like removal you ditch the Delvers and Clique for a more controlling route with disruption and protection for Tas & Co plus whatever hate is appropriate.

I like how flexible the deck feels and how it can attack from slightly different angles from game to game. It is definetively not boring to play and requires you to work every angle to get the most out of it, (Cliqueing yourself to dig, Remanding your own Snappy in counter wars, not revealing a counter to flip Delver when you are ahead, etc.).
