Wow, I really like this idea! I would probably replace deimator web simply due to its cost. Most likely it will be difficult to pay that cost and get decent hits off of the Bloodchief. Maybe replace it with 3 or 4 (if you remove something else) Turn Aside's to help protect Bloodchief from being destroyed?

I also think Raid Bombardment and Battlecry are too conflicting, might want to rethink Raid in favor of something else, If you want to make this battlecry heavy that is.
I would suggest some fetch lands for deck thinning, and perhaps Hero of Oxid Ridge? Battlecry and anti-block. Although between the two Heroes, Hero of Bladehold is so much better! (not for this deck though)
On a side note there are alot of cards with no point in this deck, anything that does refular damage is pointless (Bloodchief Ascension). Relic Putrescence is sideboard at best. and you need some deck thinning (Terramorphic, verdant, marsh). Not to mention the amount of damage based creatures.
Generally with Infect you want to win in less than 5 turns.
I tried running a similar deck last night at FNM. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146718 Well, by similar I mean it follows the mono white infect idea. I got completely annihilated, 0-4. 2 of those games I was up against Esper control so facing down Gideon, Jace 2.0, and the rest of the esper PW crew doesnt work out for many decks anyhow.
The problem with all these shape anew decks is they rely on a single wincon. If that blightsteel gets Exiled, Arrested, Condemned, etc your done.
Interesting combo, but without paying the 5 to put out forgemaster in order for welder to use it???
I would be careful becuase you have a 66% chance to shape into another chalice, or if Blightsteel in hand 50% chance. You might want to run Inkmoth or add whiteand run Masters Call. On a more expensive note run Silverskin Armor or Liquimetal Coating. While I like this deck it san obvious one, enough so to make it one of the recommended combos in the Besieged handbook but out by WOTC. Its fun, but wont be comp.
Nice But I would put 4 Feast of Blood, and replace 2 disetomb with Blades of the Bloodchief. Finally throw in a 4th urge to feed. It may make you like so many other vamp decks but hey, winning formula!
Oh come one people, a majority 2 CMC curve andtopping out at 6 for juggernaut, thats a dream baby!!!!!!
So Blightsteel how? You have nothing to Shape Anew?
Not trying to sell myself, but check out my G/R infect http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146457 This goes out to the community, I would love to work with people to create a T2 viable infect. Hopefully one that is tournament worth!!!!
I sort of understand the synergy with Glint hawk, being able to bounce infect creatures so you can recast them with Praetors out, but I dont see any reason for Glimmerpoint Stag? Bouncing the Rats? I think thats too slow of a combo because it requires you to have a rats already out and then a glimmerpoint in hand, and with no card draw unless you get that in your opener...
If you replace Orim's Chant with Silence you can make this deck Standard.
If you are going to add in archmage you need more draw. IMO archmage is worthless for a 3 drop. Perhaps with proliferate it may be useful, but not sure. Also I would replace Disperse with Into the Roil as its exactly the same but lets you kick for a card draw.
Tried and true idea, but drop the raid bombardment because its not synergistic, nor is the bushwacker. Replace with Kozileks Predator or Emrakul's Hatcher. Same goes for Ornithopter and Memnite, if its not dropping 2/3 tokens dont use it.
I really like the idea of this deck, although, being that I dont have a playset of TMS, or any for that matter I dont know how well it would work. I think I am going to give it a try in some form though as I am very intrigued by it.
Merfolk decks are a great idea, the problem is... Day, it spells the end of the deck.
uh huh, was this supposed to be EDH?
