Okay I'm assuming this is with cards you own. First off I'd throw in more removal, preferably "Go for the Throat", "Lightning Bolt", or "Terminate" depending on which ones you can get. Second I personally would lose most of the creatures and replace them with others (Hypnotic Specters or Stronghold Rats) . No Unhinged cards unless your group is extremely casual (Pygmy Giant) Make the Dragon Skull Summit 3 and drop the Necropolis. Oh and the red card Burning Inquiry is your best friend ever in this deck.
