Deck Description

Blue and red has always had some interesting combos!

Cast Chain of Plasma targeting your Swans of Bryn Argoll = infinite card draw. This can play out 2 ways -

A) Keep drawing 3 and discarding 1 until you discard Conflagrate, then continue drawing/discarding until you can flashback Conflagrate for enough damage to kill your opponent.

B) If you have a Laboratory Maniac in play, keep drawing until you win!

I made this with multiplayer in mind (this is obviously a casual deck), thus the Elixir of Immortality to recharge for a second Conflagrate, or save yourself if you only have 2 or less cards in your library and you STILL haven't pulled a Conflagrate to discard (that's why I have 2 in instead of just 1.)

Mindslaver is sideboarded for 1v1, because making someone kill his/herself with Chain of Plasma is AWESOME.

EDIT: Dropped it down to 60, and included Mystical Tutor so it would be easier to ensure a Chain of Plasma in hand. It's running pretty well now, but any suggestions to tighten it up are welcome!
