Deck Description

This deck is all about high-speed aggro. You want to play creatures as fast as you can and swing even faster. Assume that your opponent isn't playing as fast as you and just keep swinging each turn.

Most of this deck's cost is for the mana base because black is only being splashed. Since waiting for Ball Lightning's third red mana could cost you the win and Rakdos needs 2 black mana, this deck relies on dual lands for black mana. You can change that, but the deck won't be as effective.

This deck is fast enough that a playset of Blackcleave Cliffs would fit well, but they're around $40 each right now... I'm not a high roller. If you are, then add them. Here's a decent way to cheapen the deck: swap Hellspark Elemental, Minotaur Skullcleaver, Deviant Glee, and Rakdos for 4 Rakdos Shred-Freak, 3 Archetype of Aggression, and 3 Fanatic of Mogis. These swaps would remove the need for black and make the deck A LOT cheaper. This will also ad more devotion to red and make Fanatic of Mogis the end-game card instead of Rakdos. for bringing down the house and ending the game.

I made that deck for comparison: https://www.mtgvault.com/majorfool/decks/Mega Fast Mono Redt/

How to Play

You want to attack fast and hard. If your oppening hand doesn't have a solid first 3 turns, mulligan. I've mulliganed down to 4 and still come out on top. Don't worry about your opponent playing creatures with haste and attacking you when you're tapped. Let them swing at you. You'll be swinging harder and faster!

Always unleash Rakdos Cackler. You're playing offence not defense.

Legion Loyalist is a great opener, but he's an even better finisher. Throwing him down on turn three and giving your creatures trample can be a game winner.

Rakdos, Lord of Riots is essentially Plan B. If your creature onslaught doesn't win by turn 4, he'll finish the job.

This deck doesn't include lands which enter the battlefield tapped, because they're slow. This deck isn't slow. The cost of Blood Crypt and Sulfurous Springs are the cost of the game. This deck is about speed.
