Spend your first few turns getting elves and saprolings onto the field and stronger cards into the graveyard. Then summon Champion of Stray Souls to metamorphosize them all into Doomgapes and Gleancrawlers that are in your graveyard.

I feel you would be better off with lan-o-war elves more than elves of deep shadow, as that ping can hurt. Also using growing ranks to exclusively make more 1/1s is kinda silly. You would be better off with something like fungal sprouting. Or just using some other enchantment that makes a 1/1 every turn, that way on the off chance you don't have any tokens the 4 mana enchantment you have can still to something.
