Deck Description

Malignant has been driven back to his sanctuary, the planeswalkers have thwarted every attempt he has made to annihilate them. His brutal assault over the worlds will end. Malignant's enemies face a newer and deadlier threat, as they attempt to seize him on his own ground.
General Ross: "Its time to take a trip down to the murky waters of the south. Here, Malignant can gain control the lands, his legions are known to spawn out of nowhere and attack from the very mists that choke his realm. Here he can turn our own forces against us, let it be understood that his brutality and demoralizing effects are legendary. The psychic spies will know your every thought and fear and they creep and hide behind every rotten tree and festering corpse pile. His legions won't die for him, they will kill for him."
Malignant: "I will hold your head below the surface of your own polluted waters."

How to Play

change the face of their land into swamps and forests or anything they can't use or just use these to put a tax on the lands. Use the land walkers and rouges to bring the pain.
when you have the land walkers in play put a cipher card on them. shadow slice on the ghoul offers and interesting dilemma for the opponent as they can block and lose 4 life or they can take the damage and take 3 plus his one.
the mill spells i added just to confuse and devastate the opponent more. evil twin is there just in case your opponent can get something out that causes you problems.
use rise and fall to bounce him back into your hand and save him for another creature.
whispering madness is just so sweet, use with caution though.
Pain has many faces in the delta.
