Deck Description

The other planeswalkers here are relentless and crafty, they were hitting me in new ways, and I too must adapt. My quest for strange and forbidden magic has led me to this cemetery. I was told I could find a man that would show me new secrets of resurrection.
I am no stranger to the concept and have been known to cause some mayhem from beyond the grave myself. However, this place is not like any other. There seems to be more life in this graveyard than any I have previously encountered.
A grizzled and haggard man approaches me, spits tobacco juice out and a little runs down his chin. "Let's take a trip to the graveyard and see what we can dig up," he says.
"Careful or you might have a grave dug for yourself as well. Dirty, dangerous job, digging up the freshly buried, it can pay pretty good sometimes but there is one hell of a risk in doing it."
"Like what," I naively ask.
"Well sometimes, they ain't dead yet."

How to Play

get creatures in the graveyard so use drown in filth or grisly salvage as soon as possible, don't worry about casting them out of your hand. just get one or two into play right after that, usually round 3. the reason is to scavenge the remains of the damn near everything that goes in there. by round 4 you should have an attacker ready to go and a bloodrusher in hand or some scavenged 1/1 counters on the creature and if you really get lucky, both.

Blood rush creatures are meant just for that ability. get them back cheaply with disentomb and wildwood and do it again.

the morbid effect on howlpack is so deviant. kill a creature belonging to the opponent with putrefy or abrupt decay play howlpack. so sick. Abrupt decay is in the side board here but don't play this deck without it. I have played this deck without it and it is so much better when you have it.

Careful though if you lose the graveyard, you will be in serious trouble. This deck also runs slow so it takes some patience and practice.
