I cut Decree of Justice because Entreat the Angels does the same thing for 1 less, plus it's miracle cost is way cheaper. I'll make room for White Sun's Zenith.
Will think about Empty the Pits. It seems like a worse version of Decree of Justice.

Okay, I'll cut them and add Increasing Devotion. I've been looking at that card a lot, it seems good but I didn't know if it was worth.

Cut Crib Swap and Exanguinate to make room for White Sun's Zenith and to get down to 99.

Added some stuff, cut some stuff. Now at 101.

Added Ophiomancer and Viscera Seer.

I have Blood Scrivener because he seems like a weenie that will give me some extra card draw. I guess I don't know how often I will have no cards in my hand, but card draw is nice. I think the deck that I was looking at that he was in was mostly low cost things though so they were probably out of cards more often than I will be with my higher CMC deck.

Sadistic Hypnotist does look pretty awesome, and he synergizes with the deck really well.

At 99. Looks decent.

The only reason I had the sac land Agent in there was because I have Crucible of Worlds and I don't know of another card that will make it useful, and if I sac a land and then play it from the graveyard that seems pretty decent. I think if I get the cycling land cards I can discard them to draw and then play them from my graveyard though, and that seems like a better idea. If you have any better ideas let me know.

I took your advice and cut Agent of Fates and added the other two cards.

That's what I was thinking about Identity Crisis. It seems pretty dope, and making people get rid of their hand is pretty much always a good thing.

I did cut Prism Ring. It just seemed like one of the cards in the new set (Origins) that would be fun to have, but I guess I'll have to make do with Sword of the Animist. That card might not be the best card for this deck, but it seems fun to have so I'll start with it and maybe cut it later.

I added Blood-Cursed Knight because I have very few low mana cost creatures and wanted to get some more in there, and 3/2 or 4/3 if I have an Enchantment out for 3 doesn't seem bad. Cut him anyway.

Added the Dicktates. Didn't know they existed. Seem dope.

I added the White Commander 2014 deck to my Amazon cart. Will probably buy it. It has enough cards in it to fill in the rest of this deck I think, plus I might buy some specific cards from the Black Commander 2014 deck (specifically the lands). Let me know if you have more good ideas.
