Warren Instigator is brilliant and if you can make it unblockable you're onto a winner (Whispersilk Cloak). I think you should add a couple more to help you get goblins out although I guess goblins are a cheap deck to play anyway to getting them into play isn't usually a problem. I'd probably drop a couple of mountains as for the cost of the deck it seems quite mana heavy. I also might lose the Goblin Warchiefs as all your goblin cards are so cheap I don't hink you'll have too much trouble playing them. As it is so cheap to play you're more likely to run out of cards in hand so adding something to help you draw cards might be useful, i quite like Slate of Ancestry or Urza's Blueprints but there are loads of others that would work in this deck.
