I don't know if you are playing standard or not, but here's my take from a block player. Like Joande said, cut the hunted dragons, and I'd add Rathi or Shivan dragons. Seething Song is still in block, so you can keep those. :)

I like it because it deals with the problem that is "Planeswalkers" while keeping a steady head of its own. =)
