Deck Description

I started playing MTG during Ice Age and took a long break after Exodus or so. I only returned a month ago and saw Champion of Lambholt. The first card that popped into my mind was Aluren, the well-established combo maker. I also learned that man o war wasn't the only bouncer available to this combo now (cavern harpy is just disgusting), and when I found invasive species and horned kavu I just knew that the Aluren combo could go mono green.

This deck has splash red for an alternate winning method via pandemonium, although it could really go mono green replacing horned kavu with tutor (worldy, or natural order) and dropping pandemonium for even more draw cards like that new selkie cantrip creature who can be paid for in U/G.

I decided to splash red simply because I have only 1 worldly tutor, and pandemonium is a lot cheaper than I remembered it to be! With tinder walls and BOP available to green, it doesn't really hurt to splash red anyways.

How to Play

Basically every creature can be played free via Aluren, and serves purposes such as mana ramping (BOP/tinder wall), card draw (acolyte and visionary), recycling (eternal visionary) and of course, bouncing (invasive species and horned kavu).

The creatures should be used to delay until Aluren gets into play; to assist in this process it may be useful to expend the bouncers to re-use the draw cards such as acolyte. Key creatures, if burnt off, killed or countered, can be quickly retrieved with eternal witness.

Winning happens in 2 ways for the splash-red version: the old-school Pandemonium + Bouncer for infinite damage, or the infinitely sized Champion of Lambholt. If Champion is used, she should definitely be played during opponent's EOT to reduce the number of possible reactions.

The "Ideal" Hand (Champion):
Forest, Forest or Mountain, Aluren, Tinder Wall, Champion of Lambholt, Horned Kavu/Invasive Species (6 key cards, 2 of which are lands)

T1: Forest->G = Tinderwall
T2: Forest->G, Tinder Wall -Sac-> RR, Forest->G, : RRGG for Aluren
T2 Opponent EOT: Champion, Bounce to +6,000,000,019/+6,000,000,019
T3: Swing your opponent for 6,000,000,020 to reduce him to -6,000,000,000 life. He can only block with creatures with power 6,000,000,020 or greater. He probably can't.

The Pandemonium Hand needs more cards:
Forest, Mountain/Forest, Pandemonium, Aluren, Tinder Wall, BOP, Horned Kavu/Invasive Species

T1: Forest->G = BOP
T2: Forest->G, BOP->G = Tinder Wall -Sac->RR, Forest->G, : RRGG for Aluren
T3: Forest, Forest, Mountain, BOP -> 1GGR, Pandemonium. Bounce Horned Kavu or Invasive Species as many times as required, probably 7 for 21 damage.
