I know the combos... but I mean you need to wait till you get 10 lands, so that's 10 turns already, right? unless you can put two Phyrexian Dreadnought on to the field and sack the other to keep the other on play, I'm not sure xD
you can fling dreadnought as a response to his ability, so you do not have to sac another creatures plus you give him blazing shoal with progenitus or greater gargadon thats a 22 direct damage
