this is one of my modern deck's but i've just got to take out jace,the mindsculptor and ponder's

Interesting idea, but as a deck, I don't really see it working fluidly. You can't have two planeswalkers of the same subtype on the field. They blow each other up. So perhaps it may be a better idea to have one of each subtype, and then run a lot of proliferate with things like Contagion Clasp, and Contagion Engine, and things like Tezzeret's Gambit.

having these planeswalkers with the same subtype works ok because the planeswalkers would only be used for there last ability

an awesome combo with this deck is using sorin markov making some one ten and then chandra nalaar's last ability

You should take Nissa Revane out, because unless you fill your deck with more elves, she's a pretty useless planeswalker to you, at the very best the deadliest she will be is to get you 1 nissa's chosen and you'd only gain 2 life each turn after, but that's all she would do.

Birds of paradise might be a good idea to throw in.
