Deck Description

Hey everyone - back for another deck. this one is standard legal!

I've tried to work all the kinks out, and it runs pretty well. Biggest problem - sometimes takes a bit to set-up.
i was running 2 Aroik Sunchasers and 2 Ornithopters, but decided that running 4 orni's would help me early game, plus i could buff them with overseers, unlike i could with the sunchasers.

Venser is just awesome. cycle out the conagion clasps and contagion engines. or just throw him down as soon as you've buffed - activate the second ability and there's your game, unless they pull a fog or something.

voltaic key is great to untap and retap your overseer, or to untap darksteel juggernaut/etched champion after the attack phase in order to stay on the defensive, especially against creature heavy decks like elves and the like. Keys are also nice if you need the extra mana. Also, if land is abundant, untap your engine and proliferate, and again, and again, and.. ok, one more time - just because.

Honestly, I had the archangels in the main because I was initially running platinum angel in my main deck, but decided to take it out - probably not the best idea. might be able to get rid of them. probably should actually. but hey, I'm finally posting it, and there has to be something to comment on.
(also have been thinking about linvala, keeper of silence.)

It looks like this would work quite nicely.
If you played the angel tho, wouldent that ruin overseer? And well everything else?

HI not bad i do like the inexorable tide, i think i would have more than one in there i also think as far as enchantments go and given that the juggernauts have to attack and are indestructible i would try to run infaltration lens on them that would really speed up the deck ???

@pokopenian lol yeah, i thought about that when i constructed the deck, but it actually works pretty well. if you end up with it in your hand just keep it until you've buffed enough. then shroud everything. plus if venser is out then you can exile the angel, proliferate and bring it back in. it's a nice little cycle. that is if you havnt already killed them. it's saved me a few times. i have considered sideboarding them though.

@greg ill definitely check into the infiltration lens. i actually am running 2 tides, ill update that right now :)

LOVE infiltration lens, but now the question is what to take out. i really like running 60 in main, just seems to be the most efficient. so if i run 2 inexorable tide and 2 infiltration lens - what 3 cards should i take out?
