A kind of casual but pretty powerful RDW-style deck. The idea is to give powerful creatures double strike for massive damage (for example, Ball Lightning + Assault Strobe = 12 damage). This deck can deal over 20 damage on turn 3, but it is unlikely since it requires 3 Goblin Guides, a Madcap Skills, and an Assault Strobe to be in your hand. Your chances of winning on turn 3 increase if your opponent is using shocklands; certain hands can deal up to 19 damage on turn 3 with different cards fairly easily.
