Diabolic Tutor will help you get Sanguine Bond also all the cards that ping for just 1 life aren't really worth having.Vampire Nighthawk is a good black creature to have in any black deck.Vampires in general run well with Sanguine Bond. Malakir Bloodwitch partnered with Bloodline Keeper or low mana vamps does wonders.
