As most creatures have exalted the chance to build up damage early is good. If Sublime Archangel makes an appearance then exalted goes into extreme measures as all creatures get exalted, even if they already have it so double exalted! Bring out the Silent Arbiter to limit your opponents attacking and blocking effectiveness and stick a trample atifact on your attacker for good measure!
