yup pretty much a typical build for a dark depths deck noway days. i would suggest uppin hex parasite to 4 though just to be safe. player 1: vampire hex mage, i use her ability and now i have the mighty marit lage on the battle field. grins at opp. Opp: uhmm tap 2, journey to nowhere. a marit what ?? bahahah

lightning greaves usually takes care of that <3 gonna test my game knowledge: if im correct it would go onto the stack on top of journey, giving marit shroud, then journey would fizzle?
negative. u can only equip as a sorcery meanin my turn i can o ring, or journey ur lage and have the last laugh. how ever if u use an instant that can give it pro white when i go to target it, then ur instant hits first then my removal which cant target it bc its now an illegal target. i believe then i have to find a new target.
