Wow, Ashenmoor Gouger IS mean with the fists of the Demigod. This deck looks like the kind of deck that is really good against creature decks. I like the whole wither idea but I see some counter-synergy in the mix of Crumbling Ashes and Carnifex Demon.
By the way, this deck would probably have a horrible time against a creatureless deck (or one that uses very). Nearly all your creatures would become overcosted vanillas (with the notable exception of the Gouger) and all your spells except for the Fists would become dead cards. If you plan on making a sideboard, I would start by putting something to replace those (discard cards would be my recomendation).

Ahh! looks like a really fun deck to play and a horrible deck to play against. I see you went all-in in the discard theme which is quite cool. Then again, it confuses me that you have 9 single-shot discards only.
I'm pretty sure you won't be lacking triggers for the Megrims/Lilliana's Caress, but the Anvil of Bogardan really doesn't count as discard cards in the sense that they don't stop your opponent from casting their threatening cards. In fact, Anvil of Bogardan helps them do that.
What if your opponent plays some White Knight or some crap like that? You might wanna get better control cards than 6 terrors (tought, they are good). Damnation and mutilate are great.

That's just my advice, and I have not seen the deck in action so take it or leave it. All in all, great concept.

Also, the reason behind Seal of Fire and Staggershock instead of the clasic burn cards is bloodlust. They both have the ability to deal damage directly to my opponent the turn after been paid, which is great to trigger the BL. If you know some other monetary-cheap way (Lightning Rift is too expensive but would work perfectly) let me know.

Thanks so far for the advice. An important thing for both my pride and my wallet is that all cards be cheap. And I'm glad to find that all your advices are very much cheap cards. So thanks, I'll consider them.

Take the advice about reducing the size. Also, get more lands, you have 20 and the apropiate number for a deck with an average mana cost of 4 is 24. Get rid of the Celestial Prism, it sucks.

I think I like it. You don't have that many dragons but you have 3 empaths and 4 Tooth and Nails to tutor them. The thing is that T&N doesn't benefit from the 8 cost reducers, so it might be a too expensive dragon. Also, Dragon Broodmother is too good for you to be using kilnmouth over it (and since you don't have that many dragons, Kilnmouth ain't that strong)

This deck is ilegal in any format. Balance is, at best, restricted in vintage.

You will never get a draw in the firts turn because the bond of agony you also need to pay for the mana, so is X{B} and pay X life, so you need the 20 land to make all the Ppl lose the 20 life. So sorry man, your deck doesnt work. Also, what is the immortal coil doing here?

I love the idea, only sugestion is that you are low of mana, and the hellkite is not cheap. Maybe some rituals or fast mana artifacts. Mmmm i think the blue is just taking some place of other creatures like Balefire Liege if you like to remove and come back again some creatures, and if you are in the land destrution, change the blue spells for that, is has same efect. But is a great idea, congrats :) (sorry if i im an ass :S)

This is a terrible sliver deck. Sliver haver diferent kinds of strategy, like the "weenie rush" of cheps sliver with muscle/sinew. O control with some necrotics or telekinetic. Yeah sliver acts like enchament, but no wen some guy cast a terminate o wrath of god, damnation, mutilate, evacuation, etc... You need spells and backup for you creatures. Yeah you only need sliver creatures, but that is not the only card beside land you need to have. 1 copy of each one also a terrible idea, focus on the best ones of the idea you have. I invite you to look my sliver deck and you will see that have te essencials ones for the strategy, dont be such and ass and take some advices from ppl and learn.
