Why is it a white deck with swamps and no plains?

It's not really a white deck, it's all artifacts, the extra 11 land could be of any type
the cranial plating has black mana activation..
I would take out the black mana and use other colourless sources to avoid the ill affects of having certain colours a.k.a forestwalk, swampwalk ect. There are ill effects for colourless mana but there are less.
Blinkmoth Nexus and cloudpost could replace the swamp
