Hmm this is quite challenging. First problem I see, you have no way to win. I'd play memnites and chancellor of the forge to have free creatures. Elvish spirit guide and big G drops like Mtenda Lion could be useful as well. Moxes, lotus bloom and lotus petal would be good but it's a mana source in the end, so it's quite like cheating in this concept. Let's think this trough.

There's a fair share of win/lose with this deck. Most of the time, you jut give them a hard time. And there are times when it just worked. It's just too fun to play with this deck ^^,.
This deck does seem insanely fun, but I'm agreeing with Razka, I just don't see any possible way to win with it. It could be fun in a multiplayer variant though. Make a special game rule in which no one can attack or target this deck's user until all other players have been eliminated. The person to kill this deck's user gets to use this deck the next game.
How 'bout splashing more colors? There's free spells in Red and Green too.
Already considered that. But the other colors with free spells are not good enough. Like the Chancellor or Leyline of Green, is not really good to make an impact. The Shoal is a good life gain though.
There's good ones in Red. Like Pyrokinesis or Cave-in.
Yup. But having 4 colors makes it harder to cast since you need to exile same colored card in your hand. Thanks for the idea though. ^^,

Already considered that. But exiling two cards in your hand is too much XD. Those two along with Commandeer are really good though. But thanks~

Not a guaranteed win but extremely Fun. It's always fun to start the game with Chancellors and Leylines in your hand. And you can use it as an exile piece for your other cards. When you caught your opponent off their guard, it could get you a win. Chancellor of the Spires + Surgical Extraction is good. Chancellor of the Dross and Shining Shoal could actually give you an unexpected win. It's just too FUN and that's all about it (o^-')b

Lol ignoring all legalities a deck of all chancellor's of the dross doesnt ever lose and you don't need land ;P I made that deck when someone complained about the four of rule,
