Mono white for the sake of simplicity. There is probably a better version of this deck with blue for Jace TMS and Omniscience, maybe even Yorion. Let me know if you have any cool ideas for soul summoning targets.
Brainstone lets you control the top of your deck for manifesting, and can be tutored with urza's saga. Cloudshift and ephemerate flip your 2/2s into scary permanents, but can also combo with an evoked solitude for cheap and effective removal. Nevinyrral's disk is a sweeper that is also a permanent so it can be manifested into, although it will still be tapped and can't answer planeswalkers.
