The problem with angels is that they don't really have support cards, they are powerful additions to other decks, but not really as a tribe themself.

Your deck is 62 cards. You need "fodder" for your anvils, try Urza's Incubator instead. As well add Door od Destinies, and Crown of Convergence. Drop your non angels out and add Serra Avengers, Platinum Angel and add a Painter's Servant to end your opponents playing anything since you have Ionia. That is if you are looking for this kind of advice. :-)

Are these standard legal deck cards because the deck is supposed to be standard legal
Ahhh, you didn't say that. Only the Platinum Angel is legal out of what I mentioned.
