Deck Description

I like the loop between fathom mage, chimera, and sunbond. Ramp up the mage and either sac him to Jarad or tap him to Phenax.

How to Play

It starts off a little slow but keep alive with the oxen, dissolves and bile blights. Once you have the mana to do it drop the mage, chimera, and sunbond. After that keep 2g and 1 colorless available. Draw the deck gaining life and placing counters on the mage. When courser appears (if he's not on the board already) drop him with your mana, then drop a land and keep drawing the deck dropping land every time you come to one. Near the end of your deck you should have a lot of mana drop out your springleaf drums and either Jarad or Phenax (depending on the opponent). Sac or tap the fathom mage for the win.

Deck discussion for Jarad's Sacrifice

You need to drop the black, it's not in your loop and your only running 4 black sources. 22 lands in a four color deck just doesn't seem like enough. I'd play Sylvain caratid over the drum and drop phenax if you want a secondary mill win use jace.

Definitely drop the black, the Oxs, the Enchantments, and probably the drums.

Put in a few Simic , Azorius, and Selesnya charms, and a few more value creatures like Polukranos, maybe two Prophet of Kruphix, Fleecemane Lions, Boon Satyrs - Essentially creatures to pressure your opponent.

Fathom Mage also seems a little slow, personally (Especially if only 1/4 of your deck will affect it).

I would drop the courser and add 3x axebane guardian. This allows for better ramping that the courser can provide, however it doesn't grant you the card advantage that the courser does. Then again with the sunbond/fathom mage/ horizon chimera you don't really need the extra card advantage. You could also drop the spring leaf drums then and add something else more beneficial to the deck.

I believe I have a semi similar deck to what you are trying to do here where it tries to work towards the same combo, however it uses extort quite a bit, whereas its not featured in your deck at all. Take a look to see if it gives you any ideas.

and if you really want to go all out with the combo:
