Put out as many slivers as you can. Bounce the rainbow lands using lairs to replenish their counters.When you get Sliver Queen, Gemhide Sliver, Heart Sliver and Heartstone out, activate the infinite creature combo for the win. Or just use any of the ability combinations as you see fit.Or sideboard in Cover of Darkness and Virulent Sliver for a much quicker win. I only do this if I am facing decks with board-wipes because it makes it too easy.

Call to the Kindred is an amazing card for the slivers and, since you already have the blue, would fit nicely.
