IF YOU DON'T MIND THE RISK YOU CAN PUT "THUNDEROUS WRATH" INTO THE DECK.THE WHOLE COST OF THE DECK IS REALLY JUST VEXING DEVIL AND GOBLIN GUIDE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS DECK WITHOUT SPENDING MUCH MONEY, PUT IN RAGING GOBLIN AND RAKDOS CACKLER IN THEIR PLACE.
YOU WANT TO DO DAMAGE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU HAVE TWO CREATURES IN YOUR HAND AND ONE HAS HASTE, PLAY THE ONE WITHOUT HASTE FIRST THAT WAY THE NEXT TURN YOU HAVE TWO ATTACKERS INSTEAD OF ONE!

I'd replace a couple mountains with a Monastery Swiftspear.
With the Mana curve the way it is, I'm a bit surprised to see 21 lands, I bet you could run just fine on 16 - 18, and in fact I would not be surprised to find that later game unwanted land draws actually keep the deck from finishing off opponents.
Agreed, some of those lands should be burn or burn accessories.
I might suggest spark elemental and rift bolt.

Honestly I'd say ditch Furnace Scamp for Rift Bolts. I'd also say get rid of shocks and seal of fires for another mountain and 3 Spark Elementals.Also fix your sideboard pls if you intend on using it. I assume the 8 Raze is some sort of mistake??
You should take out your playset of Volcanic Hammer and replace it with 2 more Incinerate (it's strictly better, as it can target both a player or a creature, a creature can't be regenerated, and it's at instant speed), and 2 Lightning Strike (the same card as Volcanic Hammer, but at instant speed.
I would replace volcanic hammer with either Searing Spear or Harnessed Lightning
