Deck Description

Ultimate sustainability letting you live seemingly forever and stomp your opponents with pesky, high power, hard to kill spirits.

Pros:
+ Great sustainability
+ Relatively low mana cost
+ Aggressive

Cons:
- Mill & discarding can kill you quickly
- Infect
- No Drogskol Captain = susceptible to kill cards.

How to Play

Combo 1:
Sky Spirit + Steel of the Godhead (Drogskol Captain / Spirit Mantle)
This is a Turn-3 combo that will let you control the board for a while. You will have a 4/4 Flying, First Strike, Unblockable, Lifelink. You can further upgrade this with Drogskol Captains, and a Spirit Mantle.

Combo 2:
Dimir Cutpurse + Gift of Orzhova (Drogskol Captain / Spirit Mantle)
This will allow you go through your deck faster and will force your opponent to think quickly as well as giving you life.

Combo 3:
Souls of the Faultless + Spirit Mantle + Drogskol Captain
This is a deadly blocker. Hard to kill and will make your opponent think twice about attacking you.

Other:
Elixir's, Lich's Mirror, Walls of Denial
These are used for sustainability against decks that counter you (which is not very many).

Oblivion Rings, Merciless Eviction
Some control if you get into a sticky situation.

Drogskol Reaver & Obzedat, Ghost Council
The big guns your deck. Pretty much just used for fun and not entirely key or necessary to the deck's synergy.

Deck discussion for Esper Spirits

I am also trying to work on my own Azorius deck with flying and spirits...and maybe a bit of control but I am not sure what I want to put in it either. With Stermgeist in there, I would try to use cards that allow me to draw more cards and use Righteous Authority on it. Basically getting twice the number of counters for that for him and maybe add in more Claustrophobia, Encrust, Paralyzing grasp so you have a better chance of getting the opponent's creatures tapped for your Sunblast Angel.
I am by no means an expert and am really just starting to get into building decks myself but...figured I'd try to help out with putting a bit of my own thoughts into it. ^^

Thanks doode. Yea Blue/ White is tough to decide what you wanna put in. I spent a great deal of time trying to make this :p

I thought about using more cards to keep creatures tapped, but i will have to look through my cards again, and that is a chore. But I might end up adding black to this deck and adding cards like Dimir Cutpurse, and some Diabolic Tutor's. Maybe some Royal Assassin's, which i have 2 of. anyways ... I will check your decks out. Check my others out too :D

Consecrated Sphinx would be a great creature for this deck being able to draw two cards every time the other player draws a card. Also I think Psychosis Crawler would help you out a little bit more then Aeon Chronicler, plus have you thought about adding a couple Howling Mines and other drawing artifacts?

No I have not thought of adding drawing artifacts but I probably should. I am new to fast-drawing. I will have to check those cards you mentioned. Thank you :)

Just thought I'd point out that hexproof doesn't protect your creatures from boardwipe cards like wrath of god, since those cards don't target. You might want to throw some counterspells in for the stuff your deck can't handle otherwise.
