Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is one of those annoying decks to play against. It forces the opponent to deal damage to their-selves through their mana. Personal sanctuary / manabarb combo gives protection for yourself, while wars toll reeks deviation on your enemy. Sideboard for those decks that make use of artifacts that produce mana and such.

I used to run a power surge/manabarbs deck and I highly recommend replacing Power Surge with Citadel of Pain. Same effect only it forces opponents to tap out on their own turn (instead of at the end of yours) so they don't have mana open for counterspell type shenanigans during your turn. Also if you find the 'all creatures attack' effect of War's Toll to be overwhelming, Mana Web has a similar effect just for lands.
