i wanted to make a Orzhov deck since i saw isolated chapel and vault of the archangel so heres my first attempt.
the idea is use extort when you can early game and once you get a vault out with mana to spare use exalted to hit a little harder and gain some life. dutiful thrull is there so you can have a regenerater for a lifelink deathtouch blocker later on that doesnt break the bank. and the ghost council is there in case you need a late game heavy hitter.
