The crypt sliver is there to help with defense, block their creatures, then tap to regenerate itself if it would have died. Sinew sliver and muscle sliver are there for pumps. Shifting sliver is there for your offense, as well as Winged sliver, though winged sliver will help out on defense if you have to block creatures in the air, but if they don't have flying then it'll help with the unblockable damage. Heart sliver=haste, haste + gemhide= fast mana!! Plated sliver is a decent first turn drop, mostly because there aren't many drops in the deck. I put metallic sliver in because it gets all of the plusses of being a sliver for only 1 colorless. Sliver legion and coat of arms are there to provide the last little umph to kill off your opponent.

Sidewinder Sliver over Plated Sliver SB Crystalline Sliver Maybe Sedge Sliver over Crypt Sliver, but you don't have many swamps. Also maybe Horned Sliver over Shifting Sliver You are also putting in AEther Vials if I am not mistaken which is a good choice imo
