A cheapo deck based around manipulating the opponent's hand and deck. Moving the ebb of the fight back to top deck for them constantly will drive them mad as well as keeping threats off of the field for you. Countering their spells will cause plenty of issues too, and your removal is strong enough to keep dangers away. Keep a strong card advantage, especially against other controllers thanks to Notion Thief and Bident, and finish them off with Duskmantle and Consuming.
Ebb/Tide away threats if you haven't already countered them. Push for card advantage with your Bident and Aberration if you wish to drop a Thief. Spot remove big threats, and Charm their deck to fit your needs.
