The idea of this deck is simple - To control your opponent's hand and deck to keep a solid path of victory. Lock them down with removal and counterspells until you have Aberration and/or Lazav out, then pressure with mill and damage until you punch through a win. Reap Intellect to really ruin any chances of a win! This is a cheapo, budgety deck :)
