It's a nice deck, but I think you need at least a couple more removal spells besides 3 Izzet Charms. You don't want to make that card less versatile by just throwing it away as an emergency counter. Not to mention it's only for non-creature spells. Consider throwing in some negates or cancels because your Snapcaster Mage and flashbacks are going to be useless if Rest In Peace gets out there. Also, definitely look into getting some AEtherlings. They'd fit perfectly in this deck. As far as I can suggest for the sideboard, I'd put some AEtherize for big creature heavy decks and some Demolishes to counter mana ramping while still buffing up your creatures / dealing damage.

love this deck, I think you should throw a rude awakening or two in there for lulz as well.
yeah i was actually thinking about that after i had made the deck. i was going to put in a couple polluted deltas.
it's a really good deck setup, i would recommend adding some early frosts and maybe a few aether adepts and some hoverguard sweepers. maybe some ice cages / pacifisms. prison term has become a favorite card of mine as of late as well :P

you should add in maybe 2x renegade doppelganger for lulz factor. it's an awesome deck nonetheless. 8.5/10
really interesting deck. i like it a lot. i would maybe think about swapping 2 lightning bolts for 2 fireballs, but i'm not sure.
