Two ways to play the deck. 1 - Start out with playing Gnat Miser on turn one to take their hand down to six, lay Liliana's caress, Lay font of Mythos or Ravenous Rats if opponent plays a creature. Start making them discard a card each turn, hopefully two cards. If opponent is playing a lot of their cards and not getting caught up in a mana drought/Font of mythos discard situation, then switch tactics and play mortivore or Nyxathid. Keep laying megrims, and Liliana's caress as you draw them. Use doom blade for any large threat they manage to play.
