This deck is very well unique i would probobly take out the blue to add more mana ramp instead of just having the noble hierarch and lotus cobra so add few birds of paradise and some primeval titans when they come out in m11 also check out my helldrazi deck

Listen here buddy, Blue is how this deck works. Look at the card Sovereigns of Lost Alara. This card allows you to get your conscription out on turn 6 without paying its mana cost. This deck is not based off mana ramp at all.
