i love being able to tutor for an early glimpse just for a new hand, and have a wall up, and not worried about getting another glimpse

tutor for a glimpse early and wait on a 2nd or 3rd land, then tutor for 10 drill finisher, or a double/ triple glimpse if you have the mana & the culling > 10 drills combo is so unreal
debating adding a 4th land, i think 2 blue, 1 black-with-lotus , and spirit guide if double triple glimpse if strong enough tho any advice welcome looking at 2nd - 3rd turn 20-30 damage, 3-5th turn 30- 120 damage concordant crossroads+ dark triumph for 80 more damage ? too complicated i think, and costs 1 more green mana, and makes me add a bayou just in case-
removing Standstill :( please, any advice to make this deck more stable, or sped up, and stay Legacy Format Legal would be much appreciated. i doubt i will sideboard anything besides leyline of the void vs black, and hydroblast vs red
