One of my first decks in MTG.Actually, only hymn to tourach and malicious affliction keep it from playing in modern, if one day I put my hands on a thoughtseize, no doubt they'll be replaced... or no, it's too fun to see someone losing two of their precious cards at randomfeedback pls
The main deck is made for x1(x2 at maximum) battles. For multiple opponents see the sideboard.Always use the low mana cost sorceries, remove creatures that can be summoned in the near future.Harsh Scrutiny/hymn to tourach is essential in the early game, mire's toll is for mid/late game.Always summon creatures to block damage, try saving some of them for bigger creatures in the late game if it come to happen.Do everything you can to avoid your enemy having a full of creatures board, crowd control isn't something this deck is made for (malicious affliction can help).Don't be afraid of using davriel(you have 4 of this guy) , he'll act as a bait and a constant source of damage and buff for the abyssal nocturnus (try putting him down first, of course).

I don't know what your budget looks like but you should look into thoughtsieze over harsh scrutiny of mire's toll. Lilliana of the veil is also really good in discard heavy decks. Cabal therapy is another good discard spell since it can hit multiple times. A lot of old decks ran the rack as well.

Thoughtseize is awesome but too expensive :/Same for Liliana.Cabal therapy is cool but most time I'll dry out my opponents hand really fast, turning it into a simple discard.About the rack, shrieking afflic.(SA) is the new the rack, while the rack starts doing damage with 2 cards but less damage, SA simply hits 3 for 1 or less cards and for multiple enemies the rack is no good. (I've used it before instead of davriel).Thx for the suggestions <3
