Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I just started playing Magic and this is the very first deck I've ever constructed. I've tried to make it's main mechanic life gain, but still have enough power to inflict damage to the opponent.

Not bad for a fist try. Cut down on singles. True Conviction would give you some power as would Honor of the Pure. Felidar Sovereign would cout down the amount of life you need to win.

Thank you! True Conviction is interesting - How exactly does double strike work? I like Honor of the pure. I thought I had it in here but I guess not -- I better go back and add it :) Oh - and I am for sure going to see if I can find Felidar Sovereign. I haven't had a chance to get up to 40 life yet, but maybe if I play my cards right :) I'm also thinking about adding Purity. I'm not completely sure how the card works though. Is it for when a spell or ability deals damage every turn or just when the card comes into play?
Double strike hits twice. So if you attack, the creature with double strike does double the damage. It's better than first strike. And with Purity, if i shocked you it would normally deal 2 damage. With Purity, that damage would be prevented and you would gain 2 life. Hope this helps.
